We enjoyed the movie. We took our 2 kids and they also enjoyed it. The effects were great

This movie is great. The books are certainly better, but the movie is good as well. Definitely worth seeing. The characters are pretty much the way they are in the books. Although I did think that Mr. Tiny plays too much of a role in the development of the conflict. I think people of all ages would enjoy this movie. A bit of humor, a bit of action, even a bit of romance. And I do hope they make a sequel, I would definitely see that as well.

I loved every minute of this movie. I've seen it a couple times now and would go see it again. I am a huge fan of the Books and was ready for the movie to dissapoint me, instead it amazed me. I love how much they kept in and changed. I thought all the actors were perfectly cast. Especially John C Riley and Chris Mignolia (no idea what his last name really is). I would recomend this movie to anyone who likes awesome.

I didn't know what it was about when I stepped into the theater, except a vampire... or sort of. I haven't read the books, didn't even know about them. I loved the show, it was the best movie I've seen all year. I can't wait until the next one comes out. I thought the acting was great, the story line flowed, and I didn't feel like I was watching a movie that was made from a book... a movie that was missing so much that I didn't understand it. I'll be checking out the books now too!

This was a good film overall - it was evident that this first movie was laying the groundwork for more movies as adapted from the literary series. I enjoyed the cast and characters. Seeing it in the theatre was a good idea to optimize sights and sounds in the movie. I plan to see the next movie in the theatre as well. This was a good family movie in my opinion, however I think it will appeal to a variety of people.
